Let's Train Smarter & More Efficiently
A typical 60 minute brain based fitness session could include exercises to activate prime mover muscles, drills to strengthen eye musculature, drills to re-establish balance by targeting your vestibular system, joint mobility exercises plus light cardio and strength training. These sessions tend to include about 60-80% of neural work with some physical fitness exercises.
